Saturday April 20 is Field Day for our Basic Beekeeping 2013 class. The weather forecast is for possible early showers, then clearing. WE ARE PLANNING TO PROCEED WITH FIELD DAY, so, if you are enrolled in the class, plan to be at Bjorn-Lass Kennels, 102 Hook Mountain Road, at 10:00 am. Dress to work bees, bring your veil, smoker, reading glasses if you are near-sighted, and anything else you feel you may need. Please to arrive on-time. We generally split the class into groups and take each group to a different apiary, so you don't want to miss anything. Also don't forget to pack a lunch!
